An application connected to your AI assistant, in your own environment
For ChatGPT or Claude to read from and feed an application, the application must be hosted along with its database. DYWEB Solutions checks your existing hosting and carries out the technical setup in your own accounts.
This page describes the framework of the offer. It is neither a subscription nor a commitment: each setup is covered by a proposal tailored to your case.
Depending on your hosting
Your hosting is suitable
We check that it can host the application and its database, then carry out the setup in your environment.
Your hosting is not suitable
You subscribe, in your own name, to suitable hosting with a supported provider (OVHcloud first, or IONOS (1&1)). DYWEB neither provides nor resells hosting: we help you choose the right plan, then carry out the setup.
What the proposal may cover
The scope is defined with you: each item below is specified, included or not, in the proposal.
- Deployment of the application and its database.
- Maintenance and updates.
- Backups and restore procedure.
- Security measures for the environment.
- Technical support and intervention terms.
None of these items is presented here as systematic, nor tied to a guaranteed response time or service level.
Costs and responsibilities
- Setup: one-off cost, quoted after reviewing your situation.
- Technical management: recurring cost, specified in the proposal when follow-up is entrusted to DYWEB.
- Hosting: billed directly by your provider, separately from DYWEB’s service.
- ChatGPT or Claude account: you can reuse your own, provided your plan allows this connection. That subscription is billed by the assistant’s provider, separately from hosting and maintenance.
- Responsibilities: the split between you and DYWEB is written in the proposal.
No price is published on this page: the offer is quoted on request.
Control, access and reversibility
- Accounts are opened in your name; DYWEB works with delegated access, limited to the agreed scope, where the provider allows it.
- The type of hosting chosen is described precisely: shared hosting is never presented as a dedicated server.
- At the end of the engagement, your data and configuration are returned to you under terms specified in advance in the proposal.
Your data and the assistant
The application stores its data on its hosting. Information you exchange with the assistant (questions, results it reads) is however sent to its provider, under the terms of your plan. Not all data necessarily stays on your server.
Access, location, subcontractors and processing rules are defined in the proposal tailored to your case.
