DYWEB Solutions sets up your website and manages its infrastructure in your own environment, primarily with OVHcloud, or with IONOS (1&1). You retain your accounts, domain name and direct billing.
Clear responsibilities
You stay in control
- Hosting and domain registrar accounts are opened in your name.
- You remain the domain name holder and retain control of account access.
- You subscribe to and pay your providers directly for services and renewals.
DYWEB handles the technical work
- Environment, domain and DNS configuration, website deployment and HTTPS setup.
- Delegated access limited to the agreed scope, wherever supported by the provider.
- Administration, updates, backups and monitoring within the agreed scope.
DYWEB invoices its technical services. Your providers bill you separately for hosting and your domain name: DYWEB does not resell hosting.

From setup to ongoing management
1. Prepare your environment
We check technical prerequisites and help you subscribe to the required services through your own accounts.
2. Bring your website online
We configure the environment and domain, deploy the website and check HTTPS access.
3. Agree on ongoing management
One-off work or regular management: the proposal specifies the managed services, backups, checks and support arrangements.
Example: your OVHcloud environment
You subscribe to suitable hosting and a domain name in your OVHcloud account. You receive and pay OVHcloud invoices. You grant DYWEB the permissions needed to configure DNS, deploy the website and administer the agreed services.
The supported providers for this service are OVHcloud as the primary option, and IONOS (1&1). A registrar handles domain registration; a hosting provider supplies the website environment. These may be the same company or two different companies.
Access and configuration you can hand over
You retain primary account access. We document the configuration and management scope so you can take over or appoint another service provider.
